It's been an awesome week. Thank you so much to everyone for taking part and thank you very much to our Agents for running events. It was time to test the spies on all that they new. They gathered for the last time as Trainees at our HQ. The Trainees were given coded co-ordinates to challenges. Completing a challenge earned them a point. The aim was to find me and if you found me, you earned 2 points and the game ended. There were traitors in each team that passed on information to other people. When the teams found me, it was a tie so the tie breaker was to vote for who they thought the traitors were. Only one person discovered Trainee Sharkhaven as being a traitor but no one discovered Trainee Dolphinpie which meant that her team (Trainee Mistgirl, Trainee Dolphinpie, Trainee Cloudmore, Trainee Flowergarden and Trainee Autumnleaf) won. Well done!
Hugs Li xx The final training session was the art of stealth and was hosted by Agent Shadowbear. I didn't get many photos from this event but anyway. In the event, we would go to a certain place on Jorvik and the Agents would choose somewhere to hide. We'd stand in a square with one of us in the middle and, without being seen by us, the Trainees had to find out who was in the middle and PM Agent Shadowbear the answer. In the end, the winner was Trainee Cloudmore with Trainee Sparrowluck coming in close second.
Hugs Li xx It was time for the spies to learn the art of disguise, conducted by Agent Lightlake. Their first mission was to dress, and then act, like people at Moorland. Some people were Bobcats but mostly they dressed as new players and acted like new players. A lot of people were acting too much like newbies and they managed to get lost in between Moorland and Cape West, which is way there is a lot less people. At Cape West, they all had to dress as someone from Dark Core. We had dark riders, head of security and guards! I didn't get a photo of the final one but it was to dress up as someone from New Hillcrest.
Well done everyone for coming. Overall, the winner was Trainee Sharkhaven and the runner up was Trainee Cloudmore. Hugs Li xx Well this is quite a few days late because, quite simply, I couldn't be bothered to post it. Not sure why I couldn't be bothered but there we are. Agent Waterfall has defended Jorvik against many enemies by decoding threats before they could be taken into action. So the spies gathered at HQ, ready to learn this art. They were given 5 codes of the location of 5 Agents hidden around Jorvik. Agent Waterfall made a lot of effort into making the codes look nice. They had to find the answer to a code, go to the place, send Pai a screenshot of them with the Agent and then Pai would send on the next clue. Lots of spies found this a challenge but in the end first place was award to Trainee Nightknight and Trainee Lightningbrooke - well done!
Thank you all for coming! Can you work out any of the codes? Hugs Li xx The second training session, led by Dep-Head Agent Bluepie, started with a hack from our HQ. We hacked to the fighting arenas where we made a big line ready to be instructed in how to fight. Bluepie explained to us that to punch someone you used the point emote and to block you used the stop emote. You won when you punched and your opponent didn't defend. There were 5 matches happening at a time, all judged by the Agents. Everyone did 2 matches and earned points for wins. Here is Trainee Kingfield VS Trainee Ponyluck. In the end the event was again won by Trainee Lightningbrooke, who is proving to be a very adapt spy and in second was Trainee Ponygirl. But, it's not too late to turn the tide and claim a victory.
Hugs Head Agent Silentland xx Today was the first day of the long awaited spy week! All of the trainees gathered in our HQ with the watchful eyes of all of the Agents who are helping out. I explained that through the week they will earn points for coming to the event, getting 2nd and getting first. Double points will be available on Sunday. Their first training session, led by Dep-Head Agent Diamondgirl, was in lies and deception. Their mission was to lure another player under level 14 to Dep-Head Agent Diamondgirl. Of course, we were respectful to our fellow players at all times and fully explained at the end that they'd been a part of a FR event. Here is Trainee Bunnylake trying to get her buddy, lying about having an event! Well done to Trainee Lightningbrooke who came first and Trainee Ponyluck who came second. But spies, it is only day one and all could change. Good luck in the future events!
Hugs Head Agent Silentland xx It's a bit late but here it is. The second day of Harry potter week was hosted by Dalma Diamondgirl. The members started by standing in their houses before the dueling started. They were taught 5 spells (Hogwarts secret) and performed them using the SSO emotes. If they hit their opponents with a spell, they gained a point. If they got disarmed then the matches was over and the points counted. They defended themselves with a shield spell. Everyone was split into pairs against someone from the winning houses. Then the amount of winners were counted. Slythering got the most winners, followed by Gryffindor, then Ravenclaw (who got one) and Hufflepuff (who got none). Well done everyone who came! The current house standings are: Ravenclaw - 30 points Gryffindor - 27.5 points Slythering - 25 points Hufflepuff - 17.5 points It's very close, thank you everyone for coming! Hugs
Li xx Today was the first day of Harry Potter week. It started with the new students gathering in the Great Hall with the teachers for the week at the top. Helping out with this theme week are Professor Puppypaw - head of Hufflepuff-; Professor Diamondgirl - head of Raveclaw -; Professor Lightninghill - head of Gryffindor - and Professor Applegrove - head of Slythering. Then there was a quick explanation of the week. We have events on everyday apart from Wednesday. At each event there would be a competition between the houses and the winners would get 20 points, second 15, third 10 and forth 5. In the case of a draw, that place and the place (s) below it would get added up and divided between the drawing teams. The aim is to get as many points as possible to win the house cup!
We then had a rather hard Harry Potter quiz. The final results are:
First - Ravenclaw (20 points) Second - Hufflepuff and Gryffindor (12.5 points each) Forth - Slythering (5 points) Well it's only right that clever Ravenclaw should win a quiz. Tomorrow get your wands ready for a duel! Hugs Li xx Let day two of the elven games commence! Today there was sleigh racing. Each team had a Rudolph to guide the sleigh, two other reindeers and a Santa. Rudolph would go first, followed by the reindeers side by side and finally Santa at the back. They stayed in this formation around a course that the event leader Rebecca Archstorm made. It was lots of fun and well done to the final winning sled comprised of: Alice Dawnson, Madelyn Nightmountain, Lauren Lightiningvalley and Bethany Puppypaw.
